Tympan 3b
Latitude 51°0'
This plate shows a bit of tarnishing, perhaps indicating that it was on the outside. The othersare all remarkable for their lack of apparent wear/weathering. Construction marks, including line of dots between equator and tropic of capricorn. Once again, the 0° azimuth extends below the horizon down to the lower edge of the tympan.
