The rete is of the indicator-line (full) type. This rete resembles those from Jean Fusoris's workshop. This similarity suggests that this instrument too comes from Fusoris's workshop. There are four dots engraved on the back of the rete, along the lower edge of the central hole.The zodiac on the rete is labelled: Aries , Tauc9 , Gemini , Cancer , Leo , Virgo , Libra , Scorpi9 , Sagittari9 , Caper , Aquari9 , Pisces
