Text:
According to the printed leaflet, the construction of Myers Valves brings the leads from the grid and the plate of the valve out of opposite ends; in this way the capacity of the valve is reduced and the efficiency greatly increased. Basically, the large electrical capacity effect so harmful to the proper operation of a Radio Vacuum Valve is eliminated.
Early in 1924 Cunningham and Morrison (London) placed two small valves, manfactured E B Myers Ltd, on the market. E B Myers Ltd, was established in Canada in 1922, having had a previous incarnation in the US previously. The two valves were of types 'Universal' and 'Dry Battery'.
