The first thing you will encounter in the Geek is Good exhibition is a sort of visitor check-in: the Geek Gallery. This interactive gallery uses a Raspberry Pi computer and camera to extract your inner geek portrait and add it to our gallery of geeky visitors (but only if you push the big red button!).
The code for the Geek Gallery interactive was written in Python by Tim Stephens especially for the exhibition and is available on GitHub. The interactive installation showcases the kinds of things that can be created with the low-cost Raspberry Pi and some coding knowledge. Many thanks to Tim for stepping up to the plate at short notice.
