Brief Description: A wire cylinder composed of three copper alloy loops held in place with two uprights. The cylinder contains the Dines" balloon meteorograph, comprising of a corrugated metal disc and various fine metal attachments.  There is a thin sheet of metal held in place with cardboard at the bottom of the apparatus.
