A clock and sundial manual, intended to assist the understanding of western (equal-hour) time-telling, after the change from the traditional (unequal-hour) system (from January 1, 1873); includes a table comparing the Japanese pre-modern time system with the western system. Single folding broadsheet (in poor condition), c.415 x 560 mm.; with cover.
