Brief Description: Painted black copper alloy tourniquet capstan with rectangular base and screw with a wooden handle. The tightening mechanism is a large metal pawl attached to the handle which engages with a large raised circle of teeth on the base. There is a rectangular piece of card with "554" written on it, tied to the object with string.
