Brief Description: | 1. Chamber with square table and sloping lid. Injection chamber closed with nylon bristle when not in use for injection of vital dyes or for inoculation with bacteria. 2. Hypodermic needle to fit the channel in #1. 3. Template for #1, (). (In one model the channel was raised above the base, hence the long slit. It was unsatisfactory). 4. Chamber with square table and sloping lid. The injection channel was closed with platinum wire when not in use. 5. Hypodermic needle to fit channel in #4. 6. Rectangular table with buffers 100 high to make a cine film of growing tissue. Thick chambers photograph better. Proportions of rectangle correspond to those of a cine frame. 7. Template for #6 8. Chisels to fit square and rectangular templates. 9. Copper Alloy 'file' to finish off the corners of these templates. | ||||||||||
