| Provenance: | Ketai has a weakened immune system which means she was classed as Clinically Extremely Vulnerable during the COVID-19 pandemic. Vaccines have not been effective for her so she is still shielding after more than 2.5 years. Her friends and family represented her at the #Forgotten500K Silent Vigil in Parliament Square on 22nd October 2022 to express their wish for the drug Evusheld to become available in the UK. Evusheld can protect against COVID-19 infection in the immunocompromised and so has the potential to end the shielding of vulnerable people.
