Table clocks from 17th-century Augsburg
Made by Jacob Wideman, the younger, who died in 1665, [1] has a verge escapement, fusee, and three trains - going, striking hours and striking quarters. A. Scheirlin also worked in Augsburg; his clock [2] strikes the hours only.
