Brass, in wooden case covered with tooled leather. Unsigned and undated.
On the front is a quadrant sundial of the Gunter type.
On the back is a circular star-map and calendar scale moving over a scale of hours.
The holes in the plate and the rotating disc were probably used to fix the quadrant to a stand.
The plumb-line and bob are not original.
