Includes:
1a. A Prophatius astrolabe-quadrant; and a wind-vane.
1b. A map including parts of the Netherlands, Germany, France and Switzerland, with the points of the compass marked; in the centre of the map is pivotted an index with a cursor.
2a. A horizontal string-gnomon dial, adjustable for latitudes 42°, 45°, 48°, 51° & 54°, with hour-scales for each latitude; and a compass.
2b. The spring-loaded drum for the string-gnomon (cf. no. G. 368 shown here), etc., the whole engraved with the names and latitudes of 48 towns.
3a. A Rojas dial.
3b. A lunar volvelle and aspectarium, equipped with an index which traverses scales showing the length of day and night and times of sunrise and sunset.
