English ASTRONOMICAL WALL ALARM CLOCK

The clock is weight driven with an anchor escapement, and there is a
short pendulum inside the case.
The 24-hour dial revolves, and the time is indicated by the pointer at
the top of the dial.
Pendulum is actuated by small screws with projections at the end which
are screwed into the appropriate tapped holes in the dial opposite the
time when the alarm is supposed to ring. The setting-screws are now
missing, but comparing other astronomical alarm-clock by Grimaldi
& Johnston shown here.
