An engraved image of Tycho that appears in a coloured copy of the frontispiece of Joannes Luyts' Astronomica institutio, published in Utrecht in 1692. Luyts has given himself a prominent position (seated) amongst a distinguished group of astronomers: (from left to right) Galileo, Hevelius, Tycho, Copernicus and Ptolemy.
