Direct Reading Portable Decremeter, set in ebonite surface, within lidded teak case. Includes adjustable tuning condenser with bakelite dial (scale 0-10 marked short), numerous brass terminals, and two brass and bakelite two-way pressure switches. Terminals are marked telephone, capacity, resistance, thermo junction and inductance. Partial remains of leather strap on sides of case. With associated photocopied description and usage instructions.
