75th Anniversary Commemorative Plate, with painted illustrations of Guglielmo Marconi, Poldhu and Cape Cod on front. With numerous quotes, historical details and manufacture details on rear of plate. Made of plain white glazed bone china with gold-plated rim. Designed to celebrate 75th anniversary of two-way wireless link between the Cape Cod (U.S.A.) and Poldhu, England (Europe) on 18th January, 1903.
