RenaissanceAst [1]The Museum has a world-class collection of historic scientific objects relating to astronomy, time, electricity, chemistry, medicine, photography, microscopy, mathematics, early radio technology and more. Along with a rich collection of books and archive material, the collection provides a range of material for historical interpretation for topic such as the development of science, technology and medicine, and Renaissance studies. Taught sessions are also available to support Schools’ History Project GCSE unit, ‘Medicine through Time’.
