Brief Description:	Copper alloy plate of 3-layer sandwich construction screwed together, with central circular glass. In later "INTAL" brand cardboard box. This is the issue of test plate that Woodward resolved in 1869.
Primary Inscriptions:	Engraved (or stamped?) "225'" and very lightly scratched "19".
