Brief Description: Instrument has two circular metal drawing plates. Each plate has a clear plastic lined ruler attached to the centre of the plate. Rulers rotate around central point by moving a control mounted on a sequence of arms between the two drawing plates. Two viewing glasses with a leather padded headrest is mounted above the instrument. Each viewing lens is directed towards two mirrors held at opposite 45 degree angles, splitting the view of the user, and allowing the viewer to observe both drawing plates as though imposed upon one another. Instrument has a white plastic coated power cable. Instrument has two plastic dust covers, one cover has a line of punched holes along it.
