Brief Description: A hollow brass pillar stands on the housing for the mill-edged focusing knob, which operates a screw inside the pillar. This housing also supports the mounting for the concave mirror. The arrangement stands on a rectangular wooden foot. At the top of the pillar is a brass arm with a ring, recessed to hold glass or ivory stage plates. The optical components are missing.
