Brief Description: Inflating valve of American design. Valve is silver with a removable lid. Attached to the inside of the lid is a moving metal sheet. Outside are two protruding exterior tubes, one hole in the top, and a component with numbers and a makers mark. Written on the outside '144'. Includes short piece of tubing, mostly silver with black rubber around the middle section.
