Brief Description: Replica 'Grasshopper' Send-Receiver Morse Key with tapered mock-ebonite plastic? hand-grip, mock-ebonite plastic? back-arm, brass components including four terminals, on mahogany base. Probably assembled, with no original components, in the 1990s for display purposes. The 'Grasshopper' Send-Receiver Morse Key, known as such because of its distinctive shape, was initially developed by Marconi around 1896.
