Brief Description: Oval shaped radio with a scallop design on the front covering the speaker. The back is open showing two radio valves, and various in built copper alloy fittings. The electric cable protrudes from the back.
Provenance: Presented by the Wireless Preservation Society (founder Douglas Byrne) in 2005, per R. A. H. Burman and G. R. Bussey. One of six items from the Society's collection presented to the Museum in connection with the acquisition of the Marconi Collection to illustrate the first decade of radio receivers.
