Brief Description: A rackwork pillar screws into the top of the mahogany box and has an arm for the body-tube. There are three objectives. Accessories include, a stage forceps, mirror, live-box, bull's eye lens, tweezers, and ivory black/white disc. A note inside the box says 'FAcsimile of Microscope used by CHARLES DARWIN in his researches. [...]' This is not a facsimilie but Darwin owned a similar microscope.
