Brief Description: A heavy copper alloy plate has a thick circle of glass set in the center. Mounted on the plate is an arm holding a circular mount for a glass disc above the disc on the plate. A knurled knob raises the arm at an angle, thereby pressing the top disc onto the bottom one.
Primary Inscriptions: "Andw Ross & Co. Opticians 33 Regent St Piccadilly" on plate
