Brief Description: Blue and white jar with spout and handle and design of name of drug in a cartouche surmounted by two peacocks and a basket of fruit (obscured by the spout) and benmeath by a cherub's head and two bunches of fruit, similar to inv nos 51846 and 36700.
Primary Inscriptions: "P" with a dot on top [on the base which is the mark of Johannes Pennis, potter of the 'De Porceleyne Schotel' factory in Delft. "OXIM: DCHILL:" [oxymel scilliticum, oxymel of squills].
