Brief Description: The folding tripod base has a compass joint to the cylindrical pillar. The optical tube is on a transverse bar running though a housing at the top of the pillar that gives it 'aquatic' movement. The six objectives are in a disc with a click stop and a hole to view the number of the lens position. The stage holds a substage condenser and a bull's-eye and a vertical, rectangular bar runs below the stage carrying a plane mirror. The case is covered in black fishskin and lined with green velvet. It holds a circular spring stage, a live box, a fishplate, a black and white disc mounted on a steel pin, a wet cell and five objectives.
