Brief Description: Augsburg type, gilt eight-sided base, gilt and silver inclinometer, silver hinged quadrant, silver broken broad hour ring held in place by a gilt ring, and a silver compass dial of which the central disc with the north-south arrow can be rotated along a scale be means of a pin beneath the case in order to change the magnetic deviation.
