A sprung bracket beneath the stage is shaped to hold glass phials and there is a spring clip on top of the stage. The second clip is missing. A plate at the top of the stand is inscribed with the maker's name. It carries a rotating disk with seven objective lenses. The body tube screws onto this plate. The rectangular mirror and body for the solar microscope are present but the back plate and specimen carrier are missing.
