With loop-mounting upon upper surface of casing; casing itself being mounted on wide-spaced support legs identical in construction to casing.
Primary Inscriptions: "ELECTRIC / CONSTRUCTION CO LTD / WOLVERHAMPTON / ROTARY CONVERTER / 1.5 KWT 230 VOLTS D.C. / 160 VOLTS A.C. 2100 REVS / NO 28554 - 1915" printed upon brass maker's plaque upon upper surface of casing.
