Brief Description: Unsigned and undated. Manufacturer unknown.
Two udjustable brass and rubber stoppers. A 1875 penny has been inserted into one of the stoppers, cutting it in half, it has been secured with glue.

Provenance: Transferred from the Department of Human Anatomy, Oxford, in 1937. Acquired for Oxford University (by Professor Arthur Thomson) from Francis Galton in 1895. Originally from Galton's Anthropometric Laboratory, London.
