|Brief Description:||Card draw box (by "Primus"), with brass handle. Contains 53 three-and-a-quarter-inch square lantern slides for a lecture on early flight and aeroplanes, mostly photographic, some copied from prints, mixed sources including commercially produced slides by Newton & Co., London, and by E. G. Wood, London. Most of the slides have title labels on the top edge, mostly in typescript. A handwritten slide giving statistics is dated December 3, 1910. The subjects of the slides seem consistent with this early date.|
