"Qa'im Muhammad, grandson / Allahdad's son Mulla Isa was also an instrument maker and was responsible for five surviving astrolabes dated between 1600 and 1604. Two of Isa's sons then carried on the tradition.
The brothers occasionally collaborated and produced instruments carrying both thier names. But they mostly worked separately and this astrolabe of 1634/5 is signed by "Qa'im Muhammad ibn Isa ibn Allahdad Humayun's astrolabist of Lahore".
