Throne

The throne is of the simple, engraved type . The throne is attached with a integrated base. The single-lobed throne was cast as part of the limb and then soldered to the back plate after assembly. Both the front and the back are decorated with a six-pedalled flower.

Ring

The ring is of the simple, round cross-section type (i.e. simple plain ring made from a round rod or piece of metal).

Shackle

Shackle of the eye-bolt type (i.e. any shackle that attactes to the ring via an eye-bolt type feature). .

Mater

The mater and limb are of two pieces, soldered and riveted construction. . Scales on the limb:

Womb


Some very rough letters have been scratched into the womb, including the letters ‘N A R’.
